Started in 1993 by our founder John Hillock, River City Construction began as a small residential general contractor operating the Wilmington region of Delaware. Following the success of our first commercial project in 1997, John brought on his brother Michael to operate the commercial division of River City. Together, they expanded to service the Philadelphia region in 2003. Since then, we have grown and welcomed a design/build division to provide the services needed by any customer. Combined the Hillock Brothers have over 100 years of combined experience working in construction management and leverage this experience and our teams to provide the results our customers expect.
